PROGRAMME:
The
Requiem per una veu perdudaby Eduardo Reck Miranda
Lullabies by Paul Barker
STAMVFA(S) by Jack Westmore
GET- IN and REHEARSALS
Since our programme is adaptable and in some respects site-specific, we require the space
for the whole day of the gig, and some time the day before. Technical assistance from a technician experienced with all
venue equipment should be available for the WHOLE TIME, breaks to be negotiated.
Where this is going to be difficult please discuss
this problem directly with
NB – Pre rigging for sound and light is essential
as is ensuring that all technical staff working with us in the venue have had sight of these technical requirements before we arrive.
GET-OUT
It
will take us at least one full hour after the performance to clear up and pack away our props, costumes and equipment.
Please
let us know if you have any problem with any aspect of these details – we are always keen to look for solutions that will work for
us all.

SOUND REQUIREMENTS
There is a full and detailed sound

you an idea of what we would want the venue to provide:
· One high-quality quad + stereo PA system, of sufficient power and coverage for the venue (e.g. Meyer or d&b, Meyer, EAW,
Turbosound, GAE or similar). This must be free of all system noise.

fader; 4-band input EQ (inc 2 parametric mid filters); high pass filter HPF)/bass roll-off; insert points on each individual channel.; switchable 48V phantom power to each channel Our preference is always for an analog desk - Soundcraft, Midas, DDA or similar.
· Mic cables & stands (including 2 table stands)

Minimum LIGHTING REQUIREMENTS
The
programme is performed in a theatrical manner and we will need the following as a minimum to make this work:
· overhead lighting rig onstage and in auditorium with good circuit distribution
· 24 channels of dimming with possibility of at least 6 channels at stage level
· appropriate mixed stock of fresnel, profile and flood lanterns + cabling, accessories etc
(e.g. 20 fresnels, 10 profiles, 4 floods)
· lighting desk, preferably programmable with possibility of manual control from submasters
· lighting pre-rig plus full day in venue on the performance day
The work is to some extent site specific and in order to
produce the design for your venue, it is essential to have a detailed plan of the building and a list of the lighting equipment you
have available - please send this ASAP.
OFF-STAGE REQUIREMENTS
· Dressing
room with running water, as close as possible to the stage.
· If this is some distance
from the stage, a quick change area at the side of the stage (with mirror and light)
