Small teams are challenged to design and build their own grids using a theme relevant to your business context - (silly or serious!)
With
only basic tools to draw their grid on the ground, the teams work out the practical geometry and complete the
task within a proscribed time frame.
Then they make their own rules for creating a successful musical game on their new grid and demonstrate it to their colleagues, with a great deal of accompanying mirth.

Stress Busting
Confidence Building
A final performance of all the work made by the teams is mixed in with the high quality sound of the electric voice theatre ensemble of professional singers.
The voices mix together in an impressive and powerful musical experience no-one will ever forget!
Team members
· relate to each other and to the overall objectives according to where they find themselves in the space
· combine rational with intuitive decision making
· negotiate and problem solve through images and sounds both learned and improvised
· direct dynamics and expression through indicator cards given to them or that they’ve created themselves
· develop their inner sense of rhythm and pulse to keep the momentum going
· identify and distinguish layers of sound the other players on the grid are making and thus generally become more aware of the harmony of a whole team working fluidly together
The participants
